Workshop and activity schedules
- Welcome Reception; hors d'oeuvres, wine, welcome packages and art materials kit, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in The Limonaia
- Arrival Dinner; buffet dinner with regional wines at 7:30 p.m., immediately following the reception
- Continental breakfast every classday morning from 7:45 to 8:15 a.m.
- Art Class I, II and II; "Learning to Draw so You Can Paint -Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, 8:30 to 11:30 and open studio 2:00 to 5:00 p.m.
- Art Class IV through VII; "Watercolor Basics; Lemons and Landscapes"
4 classes; Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday, 8:30 to 11:30 a.m., open studio 2 to 5 p.m. on site and nearby locations to be announced.
- Open, afternoon Studio Sessions; "Photo Antiqueing", "Ceramic Techniques" and "Collage Creation"; on site 2 to 5 p.m., Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
- Shopping excursion to the local farmers' market and shops
- Dinners featuring local produce, Tuscan specialties with regional wines; dinners of three to four courses will be hosted on-site and at a diverse selection of local ristoranti.
- Tuscan Wine and Virgin Olive Oil Tasting at a 900 year-old farm and vineyard, owned by a noble Tuscan family, followed by an al fresco lunch, prepared by the owners, featuring traditional, Tuscan fare and wine. We arrive in the midst of "vendemmia", the grape harvesting season. Optional shopping trip to a manufacturer's outlet nearby featuring high-end Italian fashion and accessories (Armani, Ungaro, Fendi, etc.)

- Gallery Show and constructive critique of students' work; Sunday evening, a finale presentation of students work; 5:30 p.m. at the Limonaia, Cocktail Reception and hors d'oeuvres
- Arrivederci Dinner at a local ristorante celebrating our success!
- Farewell; Monday morning
